and Cooperative Development Services. This project was supported
by Cooperative Development Foundation, Cooperative Foundation,
Farm Credit System Foundation, National Farmers Union, University
of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives, and Wisconsin Department
of Natural Resources.
This 10-page booklet is to help woodland owners manage their woods sustainably,
thus profiting them, their communities, and the environment. It contains information
on topics including recognizing the value of your woodlot, knowing when to
hire a forester, keeping an eye on your logger, and gaining from involvement
with other woodland owners.
